Service Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both clients and our business:

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund of deposit or service fee
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund of deposit or service fee
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Deposit is non-refundable
  • No-Show: Full service fee is charged, deposit is forfeited

Rescheduling

We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible:

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a rescheduling fee
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • You may reschedule your appointment up to two times before forfeiting your deposit

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Cash refunds: Available for in-person transactions

Service Satisfaction

We strive to provide exceptional service and ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of your service date
  • We will work with you to address any concerns
  • Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or additional service time
  • All satisfaction issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase:

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person
  • Expired vouchers may be extended for an administrative fee
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases:

  • Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation
  • We will review each case individually and work to find a fair solution
  • Medical emergencies and family emergencies will be handled with compassion and flexibility
